Aluminum Extrusion
At Duraline, we produce precise and durable profiles in a covered factory of ??21,000 m² using state-of-the-art, fully automated aluminum extrusion lines. With our extrusion machines– 1,650 mt 6 inch, 1,100 mt 5 inch, and 3,100 mt 10 inch – we have an annual production capacity of 24,000 tons. In our production process, we utilize high-quality aluminum billets, primarily from the 6000 series, as well as various other alloys. Our more than 5,000 active dies enable us to precisely implement individual customer requirements. Thanks to our wide range of tools, we are able to produce profiles with customized dimensions, cross-sections, and mechanical properties.
